We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a member of our staff, you will work closely with students in the Garden Grove Unified School District to provide high-quality speech therapy services.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. About the Role:

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. They will develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address these challenges, working closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student progress and educational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and therapy outcomes
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings is desirable
