**Position Overview**

As a Senior IT Project Coordinator, you will oversee large-scale, multifaceted initiatives, including business process enhancement projects, software applications, infrastructure, and the management of multiple projects concurrently.

**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is $115k - $135k.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Project Ownership:** You will be accountable for utilizing best practice PMO methodologies to devise a project plan tailored to meet the needs of stakeholders and ensure delivery within budget while achieving desired outcomes. You will define project roles and responsibilities, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, finance, and other business units.
  • **Project Monitoring:** You will prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time management documentation. Your proactive approach will help identify potential issues before they arise, ensuring project members remain aligned with their commitments.
  • **Problem Resolution:** You will leverage your expertise to identify and articulate problems, convene the right stakeholders to devise solutions, and ensure timely resolution with a sense of urgency.
  • **Fostering Relationships:** As a project leader, you will exemplify the importance of cultivating strong working relationships among all project stakeholders, including sponsors, end-users, resource managers, and team members.
  • **Change Management:** You will ensure effective management of scope changes, communication, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement:** You will conduct sessions with stakeholders to map current business processes, perform gap analyses, and document future state processes.
  • **Priority Management:** You will prioritize critical issues daily, dedicating your time to addressing the most pressing project challenges.
**Qualifications and Experience**

**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least 7 years of experience in project and process improvement management, preferably in a client-facing or IT context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, or similar tools.
**Educational Background:**
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Familiarity with PPM and project scheduling tools such as Eclipse, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
