This role will involve the food production at the Cantonese station at the global café, focusing on delivering exceptional food through authentic and contemporary Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine. This position will be managing the Chinese Cuisine station and must be adept at the latest authentic Chinese cuisine trends.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the culinary operations for the Taiwanese Cantonese cuisine station, including menu development, recipe execution, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.

* Lead and mentor a team of hourly cooks, providing training to elevate their skills and overseeing daily production to ensure quality and presentation.

* Develop menus that reflect current Taiwanese and Cantonese culinary trends, ensuring the authenticity and appeal of the cuisine.

* Communicate effectively with staff and clients, with fluency in Mandarin.

Qualifications:

* Strong, hands-on cooking experience with Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine.

* Culinary skills in creating healthful daily menus, with a flair for new and contemporary Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine.

* Leadership ability to inspire and lead a kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

This position offers Monday - Friday scheduling and requires a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, cooking experience with Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine, and fluency in Mandarin.
