We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Exceptional Needs Educator with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Position DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students, focusing on those with minimal service minutes.
- Teach at least one content area, provide advisory support, and conduct a resource hour.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct evaluations for students on your caseload.
- Effectively teach content while maintaining a positive learning environment and managing student behavior.
This position is designed for full-time engagement, collaborating with a supportive team of 18 educators, including two lead teachers.
