About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals through the effective use of our processes/services.

This role is focused on nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Scheduling and conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients to provide project updates, ensure continuous project progress, assess their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, account executive, or a related role
  • Additional certifications in customer success or related fields

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and fit to our needs: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
