Position Overview:

The Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our community, ensuring a comfortable and inviting space for residents, their families, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas and residents' apartments according to a set schedule, contributing to a healthy and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in all common areas, including restrooms, according to the established schedule.
  • Vacuum and dust all designated areas, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of glass surfaces, doors, and walls.
  • Disinfect and clean public bathrooms and common areas.
  • Organize and clean laundry and storage areas as per schedule.
  • Ensure residents' rooms are cleaned and maintained according to the outlined plan.

Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with at least one year of housekeeping experience. A friendly and caring attitude towards older adults is essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to meet background check requirements, including a satisfactory criminal history check, physical examination, and drug screening.
