**Salary Range:** $62,000 - $82,000 per year

About the Role

The Intermediate HVAC Technician is responsible for ensuring that our stores' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively. This includes installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as performing system testing, calibration, and adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety and industry standards.

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring they operate efficiently.
  • Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, including parts used and labor time.
  • Working with senior technicians and other team members on complex installations or repairs, occasionally providing guidance to junior technicians.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/R
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Universal EPA certification
  • State Journeyman certification (preferred)
