Job Description
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals and clinics.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an occupational therapist in Alaska or ability to obtain licensure within the designated timeframe.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
