This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while installing and repairing our services in the field. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of Spectrum's products and services, interacting with customers daily to ensure their needs are met.

• Install, repair, and maintain our services in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome daily obstacles
