Position Overview

The Overnight Production Associate plays a crucial role in the Fresh Kitchen by ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Responsibilities include:
  • Setting up the production line efficiently.
  • Handling ingredients and assembling various meal options, including sandwiches, sub kits, and platters.
  • Preparing and cutting vegetables as needed.
  • Loading and unloading equipment, including racks and ovens.
  • Placing containers on the conveyor belt at the required speed.
  • Rotating through different positions on the line.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation Details

The starting pay for this position ranges from $1.00 to $2.00 above the minimum wage, depending on experience and applicable skills. Additional compensation includes:
  • A weekend differential of $2.00 per hour for hours worked from Saturday midnight to Sunday 11:59 p.m.
  • A night differential of $0.75 per hour for shifts scheduled between midnight and 3:00 a.m.
Year-End Bonus

To acknowledge the contributions of associates throughout the year, a Holiday Bonus is provided in November. This bonus varies based on the length of continuous employment:
  • First year: 15 hours of pay.
  • Second year: One week's pay.
  • Subsequent years: Two weeks' pay.
Qualifications Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to push or pull heavy equipment occasionally.
  • Demonstrated adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Commitment to safe working habits.
  • Ability to lift over 35 pounds frequently.
  • Willingness to learn and perform all positions on the line.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
  • Willingness to assist team members in various areas.
  • Ability to maintain steady and productive work over extended periods.
  • Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
