Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med Tech to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Personal Care and Support
    • Assisting residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and engage in life-enriching activities.
  • Administering Medications
    • Preparing and administering medications as directed by the healthcare team.
    • Documenting medication administration and reporting any concerns to the nurse or healthcare coordinator.
  • Maintaining Resident Safety and Comfort
    • Responding promptly to resident calls for assistance and ensuring their safety and comfort.
    • Notifying supervisors or healthcare coordinators of any changes in resident condition.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
