Salary Range:

$68,000 - $73,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily and monthly journal entries, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks
  • Oversee general ledger control
  • Compile comprehensive financial statements
  • Develop supporting documents for financial statements
  • Coordinate annual audit preparations for CPA and headquarters
  • Create templates for management meetings
  • Manage cash flow by generating reports, processing deposits, handling ACH transactions, and uploading accounts payable data
  • Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Input data into loan servicing systems
  • Produce billing and payoff statements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
