Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead our land development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing residential subdivisions, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage all aspects of land development projects, including roads, infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare project reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS to create engineering designs and models.
  • Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License Required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development projects, with a focus on residential subdivisions.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, including roads, water distribution systems, and sanitary sewer design.
  • Experience in stormwater management and understanding of HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.
