CompensationThe starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for increases after 60 days.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Factory Worker to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for building and assembling high-quality doors.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, as well as physical ability to work on feet for 10-hour shifts and lift regularly. Additionally, you should possess problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously and with others, and accurate measurement skills to 1/32". Experience using hand and power tools is also desirable.
