Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
  • Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, consistently delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current FL RN license
  • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience in the O.R. or ambulatory center
