We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Ambassador. As a Digital Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers through excellent customer service and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Assist customers with mobile ordering and digital payments
  • Help customers navigate our digital menu and ordering systems
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital technology
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
