Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $1500 - $2200 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures.
  2. Participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
  3. Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
  4. Maintain and promote good customer relations; communicate with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, patients' family members, and other caretakers in a professional manner.
  5. Provide instruction to patients and other caretakers in the methods and objectives of therapy.
  6. Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required.
  • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
