BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services.

As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
  • Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or have equivalent educational requirements and work experience.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
