Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Six Flags. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Develop Kitchen Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to our kitchen personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Menu Planning and Recipe Development: Work with our culinary team to plan and develop new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
