Ultrasonographer MFM PD

As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you will play a critical role in the care of high-risk pregnancies, performing specialized obstetrical and gynecological ultrasounds, and ultrasound guidance for diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with scanning protocol and AIUM Accreditation Guidelines
• Enter preliminary reports in electronic reporting system
• Communicate findings to Perinatologist and primary nurse
• Obtain patient history, previous reports, and relevant laboratory data

Ultrasound Procedures:

• Detailed Obstetrical Ultrasounds at all stages of gestation
• Gynecological Ultrasounds, including Follicular monitoring and measurements of the uterus and ovaries
• Biophysical Profiles and Doppler flow studies
• Fetal Echocardiograms, utilizing 2D, M-mode, and Doppler

Credentials and Education:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in OB/GYN
• Current certification in Nuchal Translucency
• Cervical Length Assessment Certification
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine for High-Risk Pregnancies
