Job Description

As an Insurance Account Position, your primary responsibility will be to develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to clients. You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and collaborate with the agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively relate to customers. A Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
