Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Northeast. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • 1 year of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
