Physical Therapist

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, with a focus on restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure seamless communication with patients and families.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop tailored treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
• Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• BLS and CPR certification
