  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and tenant units

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service requests and inspections
  • Participate in the hiring and training of maintenance personnel
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair; experience in a property management setting a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
