- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Current LPN or LVN license in good standing, per state regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
