Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with over 3 years of experience in the paralegal field, particularly within civil litigation. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage E-Discovery processes, addressing requests with precision.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with accuracy.
  • Efficiently handle e-filing in both State and Federal courts.
  • Skillfully manage multiple deadlines.
  • Prepare thoroughly for trial proceedings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation.
  • Experience in insurance defense is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree along with an ABA-approved paralegal certificate is required.
  • A background in civil litigation and trial preparation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with legal platforms such as Sharefile, PACER, FileVine, CaseAnywhere, or similar tools is necessary.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
