Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Specialist to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for facilitating the operations of the MRI department, assisting the MRI Supervisor, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the day-to-day activities of the MRI department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Assist the MRI Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the department, balancing budgetary constraints, equipment and personnel needs, quality improvement, and exceptional care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technologist program.
  • American Heart BLS certification.
  • One-year experience preferred.
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) experience.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
