Job Summary:
">As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester, you will work full-time on the day shift, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health and substance abuse issues. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, delivering nursing interventions, and maintaining a safe environment while collaborating with the treatment team.
">Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients as assigned.">
- Maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.">
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.">
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.">
- Assume role of Charge Nurse when assigned.">
Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.">
- Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience preferred.">
