Position Title: CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts
  • Oversee production processes to ensure high-quality output
  • Make minor adjustments to CNC programming and replace tools as necessary
  • Conduct inspections of finished products for quality control
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards in accordance with the Quality Management System
  • Communicate operational challenges to supervisors effectively
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and management
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is essential; CNC training is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery, tooling, and operational processes
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail with the capacity to manage complex tasks
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
