We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - JDK Management. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high standards, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food presentation meets standards and is appealing to guests
• Monitor inventory and advise when additional prep work is needed
• Communicate effectively with others regarding ticket times, potential service problems, and other issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices
• All other duties as assigned

• Prior line cook experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
