Job Summary:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound management
  • Counsel patients and families on health-related issues and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in Virginia
