Job Overview

The role involves preparing all hot and cold food items, ensuring consistency and quality in production, and serving food according to established specifications.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the Chef De Cuisine in all kitchen-related tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.


• Ensure all kitchen stations are prepared for service 15 minutes prior to service.

• Required to learn and train on all menu items produced by various kitchen stations.

• Complete work assignments to meet required quantities within designated time frames.

• Handle refrigeration and serving of cold food.

• Manage order production.


• Adhere to safe food handling practices at all times.


• Expedite restaurant service in the absence of the sous chef.

Required Qualifications


• Demonstrate basic knife skills.


• AAS in Culinary Arts or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.

• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• ServSafe Sanitation certification; ACF certification preferred.
