Cyber Operations Planner Lead

">">We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Planner Lead to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our National Security Sector, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and direction to planning activities that underpin customer operations.
The successful candidate will lead operational planning efforts for a range of services provided to customers, including cyber operational planning, strategy and doctrine development, campaign assessments, and secure IT communications. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
About the Role
">">As a Cyber Operations Planner Lead, you will be responsible for leading approved plans development and staffing processes within a collaborative environment to enable a range of cyber operations according to agency planning guidance and applicable joint publications. You will also support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and enable integration during the execution of activities within the cyber warfare domain.

">">- Drafting and staffing foundational planning documents such as operational plans (OPLANS), operational orders (OPORDs), and fragmentary orders (FRAGOs).
">">- Supporting joint operational planning groups and teams (OPG/OPT), and developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans.
">">- Developing concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, coordinate and document comprehensive plans.
">">- Providing leadership and situational awareness across a range of projects, crisis action teams, and current operations activities supporting OPTs.
Requirements
">">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">">- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required. Must be SCI eligible if no current SCI.
">">- BA/BS degree within STEM field, National Security Studies, or field of study supporting operational art and science.
">">- Eight years recent (since 2013) work experience as OCO planner; can waive two years of experience requirement for every year spent on a combat mission team (CMT) in any work role; can waive two years work experience requirement for every year spent in an OCO planner role within a joint force headquarters – cyber (JFHQ-C) command; OR Four years recent (since 2013) work experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development; can waive two years of experience requirement for every year spent on a CMT in any work role.
">">- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (i.e., Prince 2 certification, DAWIA Level III, etc.); OR additional four years recent (since 2013) experience in offensive cyberspace capabilities development, OR four years recent (since 2013) work experience as an interactive on-net operator (ION), cyberspace exploitation.
">">- Intimate familiarity with military operations including phases of planning, approval, and execution.
">">- Intimate familiarity with applicable joint publications such as JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
">">- Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
">">- Broad knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and demonstrate understanding of available cyber infrastructure or platforms to conduct OCO.
">">- Knowledge of the range of CO and their underlying intelligence support needs, topics, and focus areas.
">">- Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals as well as concepts, terminology, and operations of a wide range of communications media (computer and telephone networks, satellite, fiber, wireless).
">">- Ability to support timely, accurate, relevant analytical production, to include documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings.
">">- Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
">">- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to nontechnical consumers.
Salary Information
">">The salary for this role is between $122,200.00 and $220,900.00 per year. Please note that the salary range may vary based on factors such as location and level of experience.
