Job Summary

We're seeking a Part Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at our Folsom Premium store in Folsom, CA. As a Part Time Retail Store Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Perform various tasks as needed, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining store displays, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
  • Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
  • Hours are part time and will vary based on business needs.
  • You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three to six month's experience working in a retail environment preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
