About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including evaluations, treatments, and education, in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient needs and goals.

- Accurately document patient information and charges for services rendered.
Requirements
- Graduation from a Physical Therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.
