Field Claims Investigator

We are seeking a skilled Field Adjuster to join our team at RYZE Claim Solutions. As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating property claims, providing timely and accurate service to clients and insured parties, and maintaining a high level of production.

• Conduct thorough investigations of property claims, gathering and analyzing data to determine claim-related damage.
• Make decisions within delegated authority, applying company policies and procedures to resolve claims.
• Understand insurance coverage and apply appropriate claims practices to resolve claims in alignment with company guidelines.
• Set and relay adequate reserves according to carrier guidelines.
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance policies, carrier guidelines, and local industry repair procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Valid adjuster license for the state residing/covering.
• Valid driver's license to travel to insured locations.
• 2-3 years of experience with property claims required.
• Experience preparing estimates with Xactimate and Symbility required.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within specific client guidelines concerning service timelines and estimate preparation.
