Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team in a supplemental pool position. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in good standing with state licensing board
  • BSN or enrollment in BSN program to be completed in 5 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience in an acute care setting
  • BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
