Master Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Esthetician to join our team at Mclean Esthetic Skincare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional esthetic services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences
• Administer a range of esthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, microneedling, and hydrafacial
• Schedule and confirm client appointments in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked properly
• Update and maintain accurate client records
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build your own client base

Requirements:

• Essential experience in Hydrafacial and Laser Hair removal
• Preferred but not required: Electrolysis experience
• Highly valued: Previous experience working with all Fitzpatrick types
• Must hold a valid esthetician license in the state of Virginia
• Self-motivated and proactive
