We are currently seeking to fill three (3) positions with various shift options available. This well-established hospital, equipped with over 130 beds, provides a comprehensive array of medical services to the local community, including 24/7 Emergency Care, Women's and Children's Health, Oncology, Cardiovascular Services, and Orthopedic Care.

This facility, accredited by the Joint Commission, has received accolades for its commitment to patient safety, outpatient joint replacement, and overall patient satisfaction.

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will have the privilege of collaborating with a team of skilled Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers, and Pharmacy Technicians.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy Services, the Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with hospital protocols and will serve as a vital resource for pharmacy technicians and hospital personnel, ensuring the best possible patient care outcomes.

Available shifts include: Days/Evenings, Nights, and Rotating Weekends/Holidays.

Qualifications for the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist role include:
- A Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited pharmacy program
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is highly preferred
- Current Vermont State Pharmacist Licensure and Registration
- Proven knowledge and skills necessary to deliver pharmacy services to a diverse patient demographic.
