Assistant Manager for New Client Acquisition

About the Role

Safety Services Company is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to support our new client acquisition initiatives in the Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) Call Center at the Snake River Correctional Institution. This role is critical in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of accountability among team members as they generate appointments.
  • Interview, assess, and hire eligible candidates to join our team.
  • Perform introductory training, including content review and initial assessments.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks and reviews.
  • Coach team members based on their QA Reviews and spot checks.
  • Hold monthly performance reviews, identifying areas of improvement as well as strong performance points.
  • Ensure systems operate at their absolute highest functionality.
  • Recognize areas of improvement across the organization and drive constant improvement.
  • Meet with other staff, including upper management, providing feedback, direction, and sharing ideas for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate with OCE Staff and all off-site technical support.
  • Spot-check proper execution of established SOPs across the stated area of influence.
  • Balance monthly bonus numbers and complete all related documentation.
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Corrections (DOC) clearance check (Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) form).
  • Ability to foster accountability and drive team performance.
  • Experience in interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Proficiency in conducting initial training and assessments.
  • Competence in conducting QA checks and providing coaching.
  • Skill in conducting performance reviews and driving improvement.
  • Ability to optimize systems and drive efficiency.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational enhancements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.
  • Experience in coordinating with technical support and other teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Ability to manage performance metrics and documentation.
  • Aptitude for adapting to challenges and driving solutions.
