Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.
  • Work with patients who have experienced a stroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
