Job Title: Senior Aircraft Component Technician

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aircraft Component Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair station, you will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of internal and external aircraft assemblies, subassemblies, and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced skills, procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment as appropriate to the area of specialization.
  • Show superior technical skill and competence in the repair of mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Set up and operate necessary test equipment to perform functional and operational tests of mechanical and electrical aircraft components.
  • Inspect all detail parts to ensure conformity requirements are met.
  • Demonstrate mastery of repair techniques and concepts using acceptable practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A&P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in sheetmetal and/or hydraulic overhaul, avionics/electronic component repair, or related experience.
