About the Role:

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our CT Scanner department at our Imaging Center location in Maplewood, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in performing CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication skills to meet patient/family and other customer needs.
  • Identify relevant data from images accurately and communicate pertinent data clearly to healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in crafting a culture of patient safety and adhere to radiologic safety guidelines and diagnostic testing protocols/procedures.
  • Assess the validity of test results and determine if consistent with changing physiological conditions or if due to possible interfering substances.
Requirements:
  • Current Registration with American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a related role, additional certifications in Imaging
