Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Yuma, AZ. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in restoring and enhancing our patients' physical functions.
Job Summary:
This position involves treating various orthopedic conditions, such as acute work-related injuries, pre and post-surgical recovery, and workplace wellness initiatives. You will design personalized programs aligned with each patient's goals, helping them return to work and daily life confidently.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and create tailored treatment plans for patients.
- Modify treatment strategies based on patient progress and needs.
- Instruct & educate patients on exercises and home programs.
- Maintain open communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Prioritize professionalism and compassion in patient interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required by the team.
Requirements:
- A Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- An active Arizona PT license is required.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in outpatient settings; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
