Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing laboratory collections.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A current RN license and CPR certification.
  • At least 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis (preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
