About the Job

Ochsner Health is seeking a skilled CRNA Specialist to join our team in Lafayette, LA. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will administer anesthesia to patients during surgical, obstetrical, and other pain-producing clinical procedures under the supervision of a physician.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative model with residents, fellows, attendings, and staff who care for patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient before, during, and after administering anesthesia, ensuring patient safety, and adapting behavior to specific patient populations.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from a school of nurse anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and certification through the AANA. You should also possess effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
