Dialysis Nurse Specialist

Cleveland Clinic seeks a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hemodialysis unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute renal and chronic end-stage renal disease.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with nephrology practitioners.
- Monitor and record patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- At least one year of acute care inpatient experience, preferably in hemodialysis or renal patient care.
Salary: Up to $76,000 per year, depending on experience.
