Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Smithfield Foods. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the company's HR policies and programs, including labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, safety and health, benefits, and employee services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Payroll Database software
