Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at USVTA LLC. As an ER Doctor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical care to animals, including triage, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in emergency veterinary medicine
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Internship-trained with a minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency veterinary medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
