We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to join our team at Willow Grove of Sherwood, a Sonida Senior Living community. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in an Assisted Living setting.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to work every other weekend and flexible scheduling.
